Cissy from Year 5, Saltersgate Junior School:
This book was very entertaining and funny, I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who likes a bit of fun and excitement. My favourite part was when the evil wasp man (Nectar)brainwashes the school (well most of the school). My favourite characters were Murph and Nellie because Nellie has really cool powers and Murph is really nice to his friends.
Imogen from Year 5, Saltersgate Junior School:
This book was brilliant it was very exciting, energetic and unique the bit I liked best was the bit when they found out who the blue phantom was ( it's a shock). The other bit I liked the most was also a surprise but I can't really tell you or it would spoil the whole thing. I don't really have a favourite person because I liked them all a lot. I definitely recommend this book to everyone whether you like exciting books or not
Chloe from Year 5, Saltersgate Junior School:

Courtney from Year 5, Saltersgate Junior School:
Kid Normal does not sound like the best book but it is actually really amusing! It is a really funny book and has a lot of examples from real life situations so that you can picture the scene better. My favourite part is when Kid Normal ( Merph) discovers his secret power... My least favourite part is when the evil villian Neckhta tries to take over the world with a mind- controlled super - hero army. Isn't that what all villains want to do?
Courtney from Year 5, Saltersgate Junior School:
Kid Normal may not sound interesting but it is actually really good. My favourite part is when Kid Normal ( Merph ) discovers his secret power... My least favourite part is when evil mastermind Nectar creates a mind - controlled- super- hero army. Isn't that what all super- villains do nowadays? I really recommend this book. Please read it and tell me what you think.

Eleanor from Year 5, Saltersgate Junior School:
I gave this book a nine because I liked all the interesting vocabulary. My most favourite part was the end, not because I wanted it to end it was because of what happened ill let you decide if its your favourite part too (im not going to tell you it otherwise I would spoil it). I would recommend it to all readers out there.
Leon from Year 5, Saltersgate Junior School:
This book is about a kid called Murph who accidentally starts going to a superhero school, the catch is that he has no superpowers! I really enjoyed this book because it is full of interesting parts like the giant metal wasps. If you want to know how they got there you will need to read it! I would definitely recommend this book to people who like adventures. I don't like Nektar because he's the bad guy. Nektar goes to the school to try to enslave all the superhero kids there, but Murph and his friends manage to escape and it's up to them to save the day. If you had a superpower, what would it be? Mine would be to be able to fire ice from my fingers. The powers are called 'Capes' in the book. The authors made me feel amazed by all the imaginative storylines and capes they invented. This was my favourite book so far!
Faith from Year 5, Epworth Primary School:
Itâ?™s a great book with lots of personality, it has great punctuation and vocabulary and it shows children not all superheroâ?™s have powers and wear capes!
