Alexia from Year 8, Hayfield School:

I liked the book Missing Me a lot, there was no time that I was
bored reading this. I liked the action and the storyline as
well and that I thought that it was interesting from Madison's
point of view, rather that from Lauren's in the other books.
One of the things that I didn't like about this book was that
it did not have as much action in as the previous books, even
though I did not get bored I would have liked it more if there
was more action. I would definitely recommend this book to
other people, however I would suggest that you read the other
books in the series first as most of the character's in Missing
Me were involved in the first books. If I was to rate the
previous books in the series I would give them both a 10
because I really enjoyed reading them and the action was
non-stop, which I liked.

I really liked reading this book and I couldn't put it down.
You should definitely read this book if you like to read
action, investigating, adventure and even just a great book

Missing Me was a brilliant book to read, Sophie McKenzie is a
truley fantastic author who was able to make this story come to
life in my minds eye. This book was thrilling, with Madison's
adventures and life, Missing Me is a must read book for those
who love adventure and action!

Missing Me is about a girl who, after finding out her dad
isn’t her biological farther, wants to know who her real dad
is. But when she finds her real father his tales lead her into
all sorts of trouble. A life risking adventure and an ending
with different possibilities is what makes this book exciting.
It is aimed at readers who like books that change quickly and
endings that change every page. It was good because you never
knew what would happen next. I rate it 5 stars.

i started this book when i was on holiday so i had plenty of
time to read it. For the first few pages it was difficult to
concentrate on it but after the first about 10 pages it begun
to get more and more interesting. The book was so difficult to
put this book down all i wanted to do my whole holiday was read
this book. Id recommend this book to anybody who loves i book
that draws you in. Its suitable for people most ages but
younger children may find it a bit hard to get their head round
it thats why i loved it so much because the main character was
a girl of my age so i felt like i could really relate to it.
This book is a must read its full of drama and thrilling
adventures with a hint of romance. I loved it so much i ended
up finishing after only two and straight away wanted to read
the next one but was devastated when i couldn't find it
anywhere so had to wait the rest of the week until i got home
to order it, so finally i have find it and am half way through
it and loving it even more
sister missing is a must read!!!

I thought this book was great.
It is about a girl and her sister is having a baby but she
doesn't say anything until she is 6 months pregnant. The girl
isn't too happy.
I don't want to give to much away.
I really enjoyed this book and I would recommend this book.
You would love this book if you like mysteries.

This book is amazing! I could not put it down....

This book is filled with action, adventure, mystery and
romance... Everything I want in a book. I read it 3 times but
did not get bored. I hope it wins... I could have read it 1000
times over and it would have still thrilled me with the story
of Madison and her pregnant sister. I would have given it a
higher score if possible!

I LOVED MISSING ME! Its a bit like a rollercoaster, building up
until the best bit. Its all about the project Miriam 21, as
soon as Madison is involved it is TROUBLE! I loved this because
it is in the voice of madison instead of lauren, it is a lot
different to the first two! It is EPIC!

... AMAZING. In this book a girl called madison goes on an
really cool adventure on the way she meets all different people
some friends some not i would HIGHLY reccommend this book to

Casey from Year 8, Ridgewood School:

Definitely not the sort of book I'd usually read, Missing, Me
was a pleasant surprise. A quality novel, with an interesting
set of characters (Wolf being the best - got to love the guy).
It was only slightly let down by the villain, who wasn't really
menacing when we actually saw him, and the lack of true action
(until the end). Madison was also not the easiest protagonist
to empathise with, but Missing, Me was still an interesting
read.

Marks out of 10: 8

emily from Year 8, De Warenne Academy:

this book is about a girl called madison and she finds out that
she has a sperm doner as a dad allan farday and she is desprate
to find him and she thinks her mum will be angry.. will she
find him. i really enjoyed this book and i loved the character
madison and i would recomed it to the people aged 10 to 14 and
some one who likes suspence

Kalli from Year 8, De Warenne Academy:

I loved this book so much i read it as much as possible (when
im not reading others).I enjoyed the fact it was written in the
veiw of Maddison insted of Larens in the other book's. There
may not have been as much action as the others but i never got
bored with it.To be honest im not an anction girl.I would
recomend this to year 7 and above.

I picked this book first as i liked the cover but i would have
never have guessed it would be my favourite book. After
finishing this book i was so intreged i decide to buy it and
the others. I loved them all and i would have never even read
them if it wasnt n the long list.

This book is about a girl who wants to find out who her real
dad is and that mistery is also why i loved it so much. If you
like a book with action, adventere and mistery then you
defently have to read this book. If not then start to get into
it as this is a must read!!!!!!

Daniel from Year 8, Don Valley Academy and Performing Arts College:

I enjoyed reading Missing Me a lot. The story is well thought
out and that's coming from someone who normally reads all the
action books. This book always left me thinking what was going
to happen next which is a good thing in a book when you can't
guess whats going to happen nex.t

When Lauren goes missing it is up to Madison to save her!
Thrilling and full of adventure, love and loss. I would
strongly recommend this book to older readers because it
involves some language that some people may not understand.
This book is different to the other two books in the series,
which are Girl,Missing and Sister,Missing because it is in the
voice of Madison wheras in the other two it's in the voice of
Lauren.I love this book,I rate it 10/10.

Sophie from Year 8, Don Valley Academy and Performing Arts College:

Missing Me is one of the best books I have ever read. I love
Sophie McKenzie's Missing series. My favourite character in
Missing Me is Maddison. She thinks herself quiet. But is
cunning. My favourite scene is when they are in the cellar with
a tiger, and Maddison, Esme, and Wolf have to get out.

I love it. Best book ever.

Jasmine from Year 8, Don Valley Academy and Performing Arts College:

This book is about a girl called Maddison who goes looking for
her father. Her sister is pregnant. She finds her birth father
and he tells her about a project he is working on. She gets
involved, goes to a party and meets Wolf and Esme. they become
friends. Wolf likes Maddison. Lauren, her sister has a baby.
I loved all of the book, I couldn't put it down. My favourite
characters were Maddison and Wolf because they had a really
good connection with each other. They helped each or and were
there for each other.
I would recommend this book to read because it is very
enjoyable to read and is very interesting. I didn't want to put
it down.

This book is about an adopted girl who wants to know about her
real family. She goes on an adventure to find her parents. But
once she finds them there are more complications.

Holly from Year 8, Don Valley Academy and Performing Arts College:

Missing me is about a girl named Madison who finds her way into
a lot of trouble and pressure;with the weight of the secret,
her sisters pregnancy and Mr Baxter she is under so much
pressure I don't think I would be able to deal with that
personally. This book is one of those books that you just cant
put down it sucks you into the book .Your eyes with rapidly run
across the page wanting to find out what happens next.

This book can be hard to understand so I would recommend it to
anyone who has a large understanding and imagination. I believe
that includes some sort of plot twist as I never got my
predictions right.

I truly love this book and I will definately add this to my
list of amazing book. Read this book and you will not be
disappointed but you might become missing as you will be lost
in the book.

Kiya-Emmi from Year 8, Adwick Park Junior School:

I Absolutely Loved This Book I Could Not Put It Down.I Would
Reccomend This Book. If You Are Into Action Books You Need To
Read This Book.

Marks out of 10: 10

Brooke from Year 8, De Warenne Academy:

I was really excited to read this book but I found it very
boring and uneventful and I knew what would happen to Ellie.
Swapping the main character from Lauren to Madison seemed to be
a good idea to alternate between the two. Since that is what
she did in Blood Ransom and Blood Ties. I know that Lauren's
older and would be boring but especially when she goes into
labor it would be better to see different perspectives on the
issue. I thought the best portion of the book was at the end.
But if the books not good at the beginning of middle no one is
going to read to the end. To be honest I would only recommend
this book to people who have read the second one.

Marks out of 10: 3

chloe from Year 8, Ash Hill Academy:

missing me is an amazing book. it is packed full of action and
i think most readers will like this book.it isnt predictable

Jasmine from Year 8, Don Valley Academy and Performing Arts College:

I thought this book was really interesting and I couldn't put
it down. My favourite character is Madison because she is
curious about her family and her past. This book is all about
Madison and her family. She keeps finding out secrets that have
been kept from her, so she tries to investigate. I would
recommend this book to KS3 children because primary school
pupils might not understand the story. I have given this book a
9 out of 10 because I really enjoyed it and I can't wait to
read the other books in the series.

Marks out of 10: 9
